The Site is controlled and operated by Crossbeam Systems, Inc. (“Crossbeam”). For your convenience, Crossbeam may provide links to sites belonging to other parties, which are not under the control of Crossbeam. Crossbeam neither reviews, regularly monitors nor has any responsibility for the contents of such sites, and the fact that Crossbeam has provided a link to such sites is not to be interpreted as an endorsement of, or acceptance of responsibility for, their contents. The content of the third party web sites has been supplied by, and is the sole responsibility of, those third parties.
Information on the Site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors, and Crossbeam may at any time revise its contents. The information, content, products and services contained or referred to on the Site, including any pricing information in relation to them, may be changed or updated without notice. Crossbeam may also revise the terms and conditions contained on this page, and therefore you should periodically visit this page to determine the then-current terms governing the use of the Site and of the information and materials presented there.
Crossbeam makes no representation that information or materials available on the Site, or on other sites linked to the Site, are appropriate or available for use in your particular location. If you choose to access the Site, you do so of your own initiative and you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
You may not post to or from the Site any illegal, threatening, obscene, pornographic, harassing, defamatory, libelous or scandalous materials, or any other materials that could result in civil or criminal liability. Furthermore, you may not submit any confidential or proprietary information or materials to the Site. However, by transmitting any information or materials you will be deemed to have granted Crossbeam the unrestricted right to use such information or materials, and any ideas or concepts that they contain, for any purpose.
Any software which Crossbeam makes available for downloading via the Site shall be subject to the terms and conditions of a specific license agreement governing its use, reproduction and distribution. Before being permitted to download such software, you will be required to access a copy of such license, and to acknowledge your familiarity with and acceptance of the terms of such license. To the extent that the terms of a particular license conflict with the terms listed on this page, such license terms shall prevail with respect to such software.
U.S. Government Restricted Rights
For US Government contracting purposes, the materials on the Site are provided with “RESTRICTED RIGHTS.” Use, duplication and disclosure by the Government are restricted as set forth in FAR 52.227-14 and DFARS 252.227-7013, and other comparable Government regulations. The Government’s use of the materials constitutes acknowledgment of Crossbeam’s proprietary rights in them.
You may not download or otherwise export or re-export any information, materials or software except in full compliance with all United States and other applicable laws and regulations. In particular, but without limitation, you may not download or otherwise export or re-export any information, materials or software (a) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Sudan, Libya, North Korea, Iran or Syria or (b) to anyone on the US Treasury Department’s List of Specially Designated Nationals or the US Department of Commerce’s Denied Persons List. By downloading information, materials or software, you are agreeing to the foregoing and you are representing and warranting that you are not located in, under control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.
The Site, and all the materials included within it, including site design, interfaces, text, graphics, photographs, data, graphs, charts, videos, typefaces, music, sounds and other materials (collectively called “Content”) and the selection and arrangement thereof are property of Crossbeam (or in certain cases, third parties) and are protected from unauthorized copying and dissemination by U.S. copyright law, trademark law, international conventions, and other intellectual property laws. Except as otherwise stated, no material from the Site may be copied, modified, adapted, translated, exhibited, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, including through the use of framing or otherwise, without prior written permission from Crossbeam (and or the third party who has the rights in such Content), and nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting any such license or right.
Subject to your full compliance with these terms, Crossbeam authorizes you to view the Content, make a single copy of it, and print that copy, but only for your own lawful, personal, noncommercial use, provided that you maintain all copyright, trademark and other intellectual property notices contained in such Content, and provided that the Content, or any part thereof, is not modified. For materials bearing the copyright notice of a party other than Crossbeam, you are responsible for obtaining the permission of the copyright owner before making any use of such materials.

Disclaimer of Warranty
Information or materials on the Site, or on any sites linked to the Site, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Crossbeam does not warrant or make any representations regarding the validity, accuracy, completeness or reliability of such information or materials, or of the results of using same. To the fullest extent possible under applicable law, Crossbeam disclaims all warranties of any kind either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. No oral advice or written information given by Crossbeam, nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, providers, merchants, sponsors, licensors, or the like, shall create a warranty, nor shall you rely on any such information or advice. If any provision of this disclaimer is held to be invalid under applicable state law, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Crossbeam or its partners or suppliers, or any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, merchants, sponsors, licensors, or the like be liable for any damages including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever that result from the use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to reliance by a user on any information obtained from the Site or that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mail, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of god, communication failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to Crossbeam’s records, goods or services. This paragraph shall apply to all content, goods and services available through the Site. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
